Magenta Return Program Cartridge

The Lexmark 74C00MG is a genuine magenta toner cartridge built for the CS720, CS725 and CX725 printers. It carries TAA compliance for US government procurement and delivers a 3000 page yield. The return programme design supports Lexmark's recycling loop.

Shake-free installation

The innovative shake-free print system means the cartridge can be inserted directly without agitation. Alignment is keyed to the printer rails so it seats in one motion. The only common issue is forgetting to remove the orange shipping lock before closing the front door.

Consistent output over long runs

Image quality remains steady across the full 3000 page rating rather than fading after a short burst. Long-life system reliability keeps density uniform on extended print jobs. The cartridge is not suited for buyers who need higher capacity or a non-return licence.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the Lexmark 74C00MG is printing correctly after installation?

Print a test page on your CS720, CS725 or CX725 and check for consistent magenta output with no streaks or shake artifacts.

What comes with the 74C00MG cartridge and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the magenta Return Program toner cartridge only; no drum unit, waste bottle or additional hardware is included.

Which yield version should I choose for the CS725 — the 3000-page or a higher-capacity option?

The 74C00MG is the 3 000-yield Return Program version; the standard-capacity counterpart is the 74C10M0, so select based on your volume needs.
