Lexmark C331H High-Yield Toner Set

This four-cartridge set supplies black, cyan, magenta and yellow toner for Lexmark C3326dw and MC3326adwe colour laser printers. Each cartridge is a genuine Lexmark Return Program item designed to work with the printer's shake-free print system. The black cartridge yields up to 3,000 pages while each colour cartridge yields up to 2,500 pages. Buyers needing standard-yield cartridges or toner for other printer models cannot use this set.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

Toner cartridges are passive consumables that generate no heat, noise or electrical load of their own. The printer manages fuser temperature and fan speed independently of the installed cartridge. No additional power draw or acoustic impact is introduced by fitting these high-yield units. The Return Program design simply requires the empty cartridge to be sent back to Lexmark for recycling.

Build Quality and Daily Use

Cartridges are moulded to precise tolerances so they seat securely in the C3326dw and MC3326adwe without forcing. The shake-free formulation means no agitation is needed before installation, reducing handling mess. Each unit carries a return label for the Lexmark recycling programme, so disposal is a single step rather than a separate trip to a collection point. Offices that prefer to keep empties for third-party refill will find the Return Program restriction a constraint.

Questions about this item

How do I install the black C331HK0 cartridge in my C3326 and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, pull out the old cartridge, shake the new C331HK0 gently to distribute toner, remove the sealing tape completely, then slide it firmly into the black slot until it clicks; close the cover and let the printer calibrate.

What maintenance or replacement will this CMYK set need after the rated pages are printed?

The black C331HK0 is rated for 3,000 pages and each colour C331HC0, C331HM0, C331HY0 for 2,500 pages; once a cartridge reaches its limit the printer will prompt replacement of that specific colour.

What limit appears first during long print runs with this high-yield set?

The colour cartridges C331HC0, C331HM0 and C331HY0 reach their 2,500-page yield before the black C331HK0 at 3,000 pages, so colour replacement is the first limit you will encounter.
