Armless Mid-Back Office Chair

The LexMod Jive is an armless mid-back office chair designed for home workspaces that value a compact footprint. Its tan vinyl upholstery and chrome-plated aluminium frame give a clean, modern look. The chair is new and supports users up to 330 lbs.

Height Adjustable With Tilt Control

A pneumatic lever sets the seat height to match your desk, while a back-tilt lever and tension knob let you tune recline resistance. The armless design slides under low clearance surfaces and frees lateral space for movement. The padded vinyl seat and rolled back cushion provide basic comfort during seated tasks.

Suits Compact Home Offices

This chair suits anyone wanting a simple, height-adjustable seat without armrests that might restrict access to narrow desks. Buyers who need adjustable lumbar support, a headrest or a wider range of ergonomic adjustments should look at other models.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the chair support before the frame or cushion gives out?

The chair is rated for a 330 lb weight capacity, which is the structural limit of the chrome-plated aluminum frame and padded vinyl seat.

Will the vinyl seat and back cushion get hot or sticky during a full workday?

Vinyl does not breathe like mesh or fabric, so the seat and back cushion can retain body heat and feel warm after several hours of continuous use.

Does the chair arrive fully assembled or will I need tools to put it together?

The chair requires assembly; you will need basic tools to attach the chrome-plated aluminum base, gas lift, and seat to the frame before first use.
