Modern Farmhouse Dining Chair Set

The LexMod Sutter Wood Dining Side Chair Set of 2 brings modern farmhouse style to dining rooms, living spaces, bedrooms, or offices. Each chair features an elm wood frame with thin spindle detailing and a tapered silhouette. Splayed dowel legs provide a stable base for everyday seating. The set includes two fully assembled chairs ready for immediate use.

Upgrade From Mismatched Or Worn Seating

Replacing mismatched or worn chairs with this pair creates a cohesive look around a dining table or in an accent grouping. The jump is worth it when a household wants consistent modern farmhouse aesthetics without assembly time. Buyers needing more than two matching chairs or a different seat height for a specific table will need additional sets or alternative models.

Dimensions Define Fit And Clearance

Each chair measures 21"L x 21.5"W x 32.5"H overall, with a seat at 17.5"L x 18"W x 18"H and a backrest of 9"W x 3.5"H. The base footprint is 18.5"L x 19.5"W, which determines how many chairs fit along a table side. Non-marking foot caps protect floors but do not add adjustable levelling for uneven surfaces.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does each chair need with its 18.5" by 19.5" base?

The splayed legs give each chair an 18.5"L x 19.5"W footprint, so allow at least that much clearance per chair at the table.

What should I check first when the set arrives fully assembled?

Verify that all four non-marking foot caps are seated firmly on the splayed wood legs before placing the chairs on flooring.

Which parts are most likely to wear first on the elm wood frame?

The non-marking foot caps on the splayed legs will show wear before the elm frame or spindles and can be replaced when needed.
