31.5 inch curved FHD monitor

The LG 32MR51CA-B is a 31.5 inch curved display with a 1500R radius and a VA panel. It delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution at a 100Hz refresh rate with a 5 ms response time. AMD FreeSync support reduces tearing during gameplay. The anti-glare screen offers 250 cd/m2 brightness and a 3000:1 contrast ratio.

Suits curved 100Hz gaming.

This monitor suits gamers wanting a curved 100Hz VA panel with FreeSync for smooth motion. The 16:9 aspect ratio and 178 degree viewing angles support general multimedia use. Buyers needing wide colour gamut coverage beyond NTSC 72% for professional editing should look elsewhere. The single D-Sub port limits legacy connectivity options.

1500R curvature radius defines the viewing

The 1500R curvature radius is the key specification that determines how the screen wraps around the field of view. A tighter radius brings the edges closer for deeper immersion in supported content. Buyers should verify this curvature matches their preferred viewing distance and desk depth before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the 32MR51CA-B ship with a 1500R curved VA panel and HDMI cable, or must the cable be bought separately?

The box contains the 31.5 inch 1500R curved VA display, stand, power cable and one HDMI cable; no extra video cable is required for a typical PC connection.

Should I choose the 100Hz 1920 x 1080 model or a higher-resolution panel for general office work and casual gaming?

The 100Hz 1920 x 1080 panel gives smooth motion with FreeSync and low 5ms response, while a higher-resolution screen would need more GPU power for the same refresh experience.

How does the 250 cd/m2 brightness and 3000:1 contrast ratio look in a brightly lit room?

At 250 cd/m2 the screen is readable in normal indoor light, and the 3000:1 VA contrast keeps blacks deep without visible IPS glow in darker scenes.
