37-Inch 4K Curved Gaming Monitor

The LG 37G800A-B is a 37-inch 4K UHD curved gaming monitor built for players who want high pixel density and an immersive field of view. It combines a 3840 x 2160 resolution with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 1ms GtG response time for sharp, fluid motion in fast-paced titles.

Sustained 165Hz Performance With Adaptive Sync

Under continuous load the panel maintains its 165Hz refresh rate while VESA Certified AdaptiveSync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro keep frame delivery smooth without stutter or tearing. DisplayHDR 600 certification means bright highlights and deep blacks stay consistent during long sessions rather than fading after a short burst.

Upgrade From Standard 60Hz Or Smaller Panels

This monitor replaces a typical 60Hz office display or a smaller 1080p gaming screen when the priority is 4K clarity at high refresh rates. The jump is worthwhile for users who need USB-C connectivity, HDMI 2.1 bandwidth for modern consoles, and a height-adjustable stand in a single curved package.

Questions about this item

How loud or hot does the 37G800A-B get when running at 165Hz all day?

The 37G800A-B uses a fanless design with a low-glare coating that keeps surface temperatures modest during extended 165Hz sessions.

What cables or ports must my PC already have to use the 37G800A-B at 4K 165Hz?

Your graphics card needs either an HDMI 2.1 output or a DisplayPort 1.4 output to drive 3840 x 2160 at 165Hz on the 37G800A-B.

Will my older GPU with only HDMI 2.0 still work with the 37G800A-B?

Yes — the 37G800A-B accepts HDMI 2.0 signals, but 4K resolution will be limited to 60Hz instead of the native 165Hz.
