Purpose and audience

The Lian Li 12RTL1W is a single 120mm white case fan with a 28mm thickness and ARGB lighting. It suits builders who want a clean, daisy-chained cooling array without a separate controller in the pack.

Build integration

The slide-in daisy-chaining mechanism connects up to 10 fans on one controller port using the extension cable. You can form up to 4 clusters of 4 fans each, letting you set RPM and lighting per cluster while reducing cable clutter.

Sustained operation

Liquid-Crystal Polymer blades tolerate high speeds with minimal friction and vibration for quiet running under continuous load. Connection covers prevent short circuits, so the electrical path stays reliable during long sessions.

Questions about this item

How many fans can be daisy-chained to a single controller port?

Up to 10 fans can be connected to one controller port using the extension cable, with a maximum of 4 fans per cluster for individual RPM and lighting control.

What is the fan thickness and does it affect noise or vibration at high speeds?

The fan is 28mm thick and uses Liquid-Crystal Polymer blades engineered for minimal friction and vibration, ensuring quiet operation even at high speeds.

Does this single pack include a controller for the ARGB lighting and fan speed?

No controller is included with this single pack; a compatible UNI FAN controller must be purchased separately to manage the ARGB lighting and daisy-chained fan speeds.
