Purpose-built lifting

The Lift-all 30007 is a Grade 100 alloy-steel chain sling with a 1/2 in trade size and 10 ft length. It features Adjust-A-Link adjustability and a single sling hook with a 1 25/32 in opening. The unit is rated for 12,000 lb at 90 degrees and 20,800 lb at 60 degrees.

Riggers needing adjustable reach

This sling suits lifting crews who require on-site length adjustment on a single-leg assembly. It is not for operations that need multi-leg configurations beyond two legs or capacities exceeding the rated angles.

Decisive capacity check

The 60-degree rating of 20,800 lb is the primary figure for safe working load planning. Verify the intended lift angle against the 90-degree rating of 12,000 lb before specifying this sling.

Questions about this item

How often should the Grade 100 alloy-steel chain and sling hook be inspected for wear or damage?

Inspect the chain and hook before every lift and perform a thorough documented inspection at least annually; replace any link or hook that shows stretch, cracks, nicks or deformation.

What is the maximum working load limit before the sling reaches its rated capacity?

The sling is rated for 12,000 lb at 90 degrees and 20,800 lb at 60 degrees; never exceed the limit for the actual angle of use.

Does the Adjust-A-Link mechanism generate noticeable heat or noise during continuous operation?

The sling has no moving parts that produce heat or noise; only the load and contact points warm slightly under sustained tension.
