10 ft wire rope sling
This Lift-all wire rope sling measures 10 ft and uses 5/8 in diameter steel rope with an IWRC core. It is built for vertical, choker and basket hitches in rigging and material-handling tasks. The uncoated 6 x 19 classification rope provides standard flexibility and abrasion resistance for general lifting work.
Eye termination and hitch capacities
Each end forms a 10 in eye that accepts hooks, shackles or direct attachment to loads. Vertical hitch capacity is 7,800 lb, choker hitch capacity is 5,800 lb and basket hitch capacity reaches 15,600 lb. Capacities at 30, 45 and 60 degree angles are not rated, so the sling must be used within the listed straight-pull configurations.
Ready-to-use rigging component
The sling ships complete with both eyes formed and requires no additional fittings or assembly before first use. No lubricants, protective sleeves or inspection tags are included in the package. Users should follow applicable inspection schedules and attach appropriate hardware for each lifting job.
