Lift-all EN240X15 Round Sling for heavy lifting

The Lift-all EN240X15 is a 15 ft endless polyester roundsling designed for vertical, choker and basket hitches. It serves rigging crews and industrial buyers who need a flexible, colour-coded synthetic sling rated for substantial loads. The blue sleeve identifies the capacity class at a glance on busy job sites.

Sustained load behaviour across hitch angles

Under continuous tension the polyester core and sleeve resist abrasion and UV exposure while maintaining rated strength. Vertical hitch capacity is 21,200 lb, choker capacity is 17,000 lb and basket capacity reaches 42,400 lb. Basket ratings decrease to 36,000 lb at 60 degrees, 29,000 lb at 45 degrees and 21,200 lb at 30 degrees.

Check sling length and hitch configuration before

Verify that a 15 ft endless length suits the required reach and that the intended hitch type matches one of the rated configurations. Confirm the load weight stays within the appropriate angle-rated capacity for the chosen hitch. Ensure the 1 3/4 in body diameter and 2 5/8 in width under load fit the contact points and hardware.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 15 ft polyester round sling generate when supporting a 42,400 lb basket load all day?

The sling is a passive polyester lifting device with no motor or friction surfaces, so it produces no measurable heat during continuous static loading.

What attachment hardware must I already own to use the Type 5 endless sling in a vertical hitch?

You need a suitable hook, shackle or master link rated for at least 21,200 lb vertical capacity that can accept the 1 3/4 in body diameter.

Will the blue 240-series sling work safely with my older Grade 8 chain hooks rated for 36,000 lb?

Yes, the sling's 36,000 lb basket capacity at 60 degrees matches the hook rating, provided the hook throat fits the 2 5/8 in width under load.
