Lincoln 1292 Grease Pump — 5 gal, 2500 psi

The Lincoln 1292 is a bucket-mounted grease pump built for 5-gallon containers and rated to 2,500 psi maximum outlet pressure. A 5-foot discharge hose, spout and manual nozzle are included so the unit is ready for immediate lubrication tasks. Polypropylene seals provide chemical compatibility with standard greases.

Suited for shops and mobile techs using 5-gal

Mechanics who need high-pressure delivery straight from a standard 35 lb bucket will find the pressure rating and included hose convenient. Buyers requiring a closed-system bung adapter, metered output or a different container size should look at alternative pump configurations.

2,500 psi maximum outlet pressure

This single pressure figure determines whether the pump can overcome the resistance in your lubrication lines and fittings. Verify that your distribution hardware is rated for 2,500 psi before installing the Lincoln 1292.

Questions about this item

Will the 35 lb grease pump connect to the 1 1/4 in outlet on my existing equipment?

Yes, the pump connection outer diameter is 1 1/4 in, so it matches that fitting directly.

How can I confirm the pump reaches the rated 2500 psi during operation?

The maximum outlet pressure and maximum head pressure are both rated at 2500 psi; a pressure gauge on the discharge line will verify performance.

Does the 1292 include a bung adapter for the 5 gal bucket or must I order one separately?

The specifications state Includes Bung Adapter No, so a separate adapter is required for bucket mounting.
