General Purpose Foot Switch
The LINE-MASTER foot switch provides momentary SPDT switching for 125/250 V AC circuits at 15 A and 10 A respectively. A cast-iron housing rated NEMA 1 and IP20 protects the mechanism in indoor environments. Two mounting holes allow secure installation on floors or equipment frames. The switch carries CE, cURus and RoHS markings.
Hands-free machine control
Operators who need foot-actuated start-stop or jog control on industrial machinery will find the momentary action and two-stage operation suitable. The 1/2 HP rating covers small motor loads. Installations requiring a maintained-contact switch or higher ingress protection should consider other options.
Momentary SPDT contact form
The defining characteristic is the momentary single-pole double-throw contact that closes only while the pedal is depressed. This behaviour determines whether the switch matches the control logic of the target application.

Questions about this item
What comes with the LINE-MASTER foot switch and is any extra wiring or mounting hardware required?
The switch is supplied as a complete unit with a cast-iron housing and two mounting holes; no cord is included so you must provide your own supply cable and suitable fasteners for the mounting surface.
How do I decide between the 15 A at 125 V and 10 A at 250 V ratings for my circuit?
Choose the 15 A rating when the load runs on a 125 V AC circuit and the 10 A rating for a 250 V AC circuit; the SPDT contacts carry the lower current at the higher voltage.
What does the 1/2 HP rating mean when the switch controls a motor load?
The 1/2 HP rating indicates the maximum single-phase motor size the contacts can reliably start and stop at the rated voltage.
