4 ft 3000 lm LED linear strip

This 4 ft linear strip delivers 3,000 lumens at 5000 K from an integrated LED array. It draws 20.2 W for an efficacy of 145.8 lm/W and carries an 80 CRI rating. The curved lens provides broad, even illumination for commercial or residential ceilings. Dimming is supported for adjustable output.

Replaces T8 fluorescent tubes

The fixture is an LED replacement for T8 lamps and removes the need for separate ballasts or bulb changes. Upgrading is worthwhile when you want lower energy draw, longer service life and instant-on performance without rewiring the existing circuit. Linkable design is not included, so each unit connects independently.

Suits surface or suspended installs needing cool

Builders who need a linkable continuous row or a built-in occupancy sensor should look elsewhere because this model lacks both features. Buyers requiring a warmer colour temperature or higher lumen packages will need a different specification. The unit fits standard 4 ft mounting points for straightforward retrofits.

Questions about this item

Does the 48-inch housing mount directly to a standard junction box or does it need separate brackets?

The fixture supports both surface and suspended mounting styles; for surface installation it attaches to a standard junction box using the supplied hardware, while suspended use requires the optional chain or cable kit.

Which wiring step is most often missed when connecting the integrated driver?

Installers frequently forget to connect the grounding conductor to the green screw on the driver housing before closing the enclosure.

When the LEDs eventually dim, what part must be replaced and what lumen output should the replacement deliver?

The light source is an integrated LED module rated at 963 lumens; the entire fixture must be replaced with another unit offering the same 963 lm output.
