4 ft LED Linear Strip

The Lithonia Lighting CLX L48 delivers 954 lumens at 5000K with an 80 CRI rating. It operates at 34.7 watts and achieves 142 lumens per watt. The integrated LED design suits commercial and residential flush or suspended mounting. No sensor is included and the fixture is not linkable.

Dimmable Integrated LED Output

The unit replaces a two-lamp T8 fluorescent system with a fixed 954 lumen output. Dimming capability allows light-level adjustment but total flux cannot exceed the rated figure. The 5000K colour temperature is fixed and the 80 CRI limits colour-critical applications. Buyers who need higher lumen packages or tunable white should consider other fixtures.

T8 Fluorescent Replacement Upgrade

This strip directly replaces two-lamp T8 installations using the same mounting points. The efficacy gain of 142 lm/W reduces energy draw to 34.7 W while maintaining comparable illumination. The jump is worth it when lower operating cost and longer service life are priorities over initial purchase price.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 5000LM or the 954 lm version?

The 5000LM label indicates the series lumen class, while 954 lm is the measured fixture output. Select based on the 954 lm delivered light level for your space.

What does the 142 lm/W rating mean once installed?

The fixture delivers 142 lumens per watt, so at 34.7 W it produces 954 lm with high energy efficiency and lower operating cost.

How does the integrated LED and 0-10 V dimming interface cap performance?

The integrated LED is not replaceable, and 0-10 V dimming allows smooth control down to 10 % output without changing the 5000K colour or 80 CRI.
