Dual-Head Emergency Light

The LITHONIA LIGHTING ELM2L M12 is a dual-head emergency fixture designed for hallways and open areas in commercial and institutional buildings. It mounts on ceilings or walls and uses a white UV-stabilised thermoplastic housing rated for damp locations. Two adjustable round LED heads provide directed illumination during power outages.

90-Minute Battery Backup

A nickel-cadmium battery system delivers 90 minutes of emergency illumination at 3.6 V DC when mains power fails. The unit accepts 120/277 V AC input and consumes 4.8 W total emergency wattage, with each lamp drawing 1.2 W. A manual test button allows routine function checks.

220 Lumens at 5000 K

Each integrated LED lamp head produces 220 lm at a 5000 K colour temperature for clear white light. The combined output suits general egress paths and open-plan spaces. The 90-minute runtime covers standard code requirements but does not extend to longer-duration emergency scenarios.
