9-Inch Android 13 Stereo

This 9-inch capacitive touchscreen stereo runs Android 13 with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. It is built specifically for Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 trucks produced between 2013 and 2019 that have manual climate controls. The unit includes a CAN-BUS interface and all required wiring and trim pieces for a direct fit.

Manual-AC Ram owners wanting wireless phone

Drivers of compatible Ram trucks who want wireless CarPlay and Android Auto will find the connection process straightforward via the Zlink5 app. Buyers with automatic climate controls, other vehicle makes, or model years outside the 2013 to 2019 range cannot use this head unit.

Manual AC requirement

The single specification that decides fitment is the climate-control type: this radio only fits Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 models from 2013 to 2019 equipped with manual air conditioning.

Questions about this item

Which memory option should I pick — 32 GB or 64 GB ROM?

The 32 GB ROM version gives you 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage; the 64 GB ROM variants come with either 2 GB or 4 GB RAM. Choose 4 GB RAM if you run several apps at once, otherwise 2 GB RAM with 32 GB ROM covers maps, media and the Android 13 system.

What does the 1080P 9-inch screen deliver in daily driving?

The 9-inch capacitive LCD runs at 1080P resolution, so navigation maps, Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto appear sharp and readable in daylight, while the touch layer responds to light finger pressure without a stylus.

How does the CAN-BUS interface affect steering-wheel controls and vehicle data?

The included CAN-BUS box lets the unit keep factory steering-wheel buttons, show climate status for Manual AC models and retain parking-sensor audio prompts on Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 from 2013 to 2019.
