Eye-care desk lamp for video calls and study
The LitONES LitONES-H01 is an 18 W LED desk lamp designed for home office, video conferencing and study use. Its double-sided edge-lit panel delivers flicker-free, glare-free illumination with a CRI above 95 for accurate colour rendering. The rectangular head produces uniform 3D ambient light that reduces pupil strain during long sessions. It suits content creators, remote workers and students who need consistent facial lighting.
Thermals noise and power draw
At 18 watts the lamp runs cool and silently with no audible fan or coil whine. The painted aluminium body acts as a passive heatsink so surface temperatures stay low during extended use. Stepless dimming from 0 to 100 percent lets you match output to the task without increasing power draw. The 2.75 lb base keeps the fixture stable on a desk or clipped to a monitor.
Upgrades from basic single-tone lights
This model replaces fixed-colour desk lamps that offer only one brightness level or a cold white tone. The 50 mode matrix combines 10 brightness steps with 5 colour temperatures from 2700 K to 6500 K, covering warm reading light through cool daylight. The jump is worth it when you switch between Zoom calls, reading, streaming and detailed craft work in the same space. A wireless rotary remote and touch panel both store your last setting via the memory function.

Questions about this item
How do I mount the LitONES-H01 on my desk, and what step is often missed?
Clip the base onto a surface up to 2.3 in thick, then tighten the thumb-screw until the rubber pads grip both sides; the step people skip is checking that the arm clears the desk edge before locking it down
What part of the LitONES-H01 will need replacement first?
The integrated 18 W LED array is rated for tens of thousands of hours and is not user-replaceable; if output drops below usable levels the entire lamp head must be swapped
What limit appears first during a long video-call session?
Surface temperature of the rectangular head rises after continuous full-brightness use; the built-in thermal protection will dim the 2700-6500 K output to protect the LEDs
