Two-pole Class RK5 fuse block rated 30 A, 250 V with box-lug terminals for 14-10 AWG wire
The Littelfuse LFH25030-2C is a two-pole fuse block rated for 30 amps at 250 volts AC or DC. It accepts Class H and K5 fuses up to 30 amps, including series NLN, NON, OT, REN, RF and RLN. The open-design thermoplastic body measures 3.01 inches long, 1.91 inches wide and 1.58 inches high. Spring-reinforced clips and box-lug connectors suit wire sizes from 14 to 10 AWG.
As a passive electrical component the fuse holder generates no audible noise and draws no power itself. Heat produced in normal use depends entirely on the installed fuse and the current flowing through the circuit. The thermoplastic body and box-lug connectors are rated for the full 30 amp capacity at 250 volts. Mounting options include bolt-down or DIN rail for secure installation in industrial panels.
This two-pole block replaces two separate single-pole holders, saving panel space and wiring time for 250 volt circuits up to 30 amps. It upgrades from lower-ampacity blocks when a circuit requires the full 30 amp rating with Class H or K5 fuses. The jump is worth it when a design needs non-indicating, non-rejection fuse mounting with spring-reinforced clips and box-lug termination for 14 to 10 AWG conductors. It does not suit applications requiring indicating or rejection-type fuse blocks.

Bolt the block down or snap it onto DIN rail, then insert 14 to 10 AWG wires into the box lugs and torque the screws — skipping proper torque leaves a loose connection.
Only the Class RK5 fuse links (NLN, NON, OT, REN, RF, RLN series) are sacrificial; the thermoplastic body and spring-reinforced clips stay in service.
The 250 V AC/DC rating and 30 A fuse capacity set the ceiling; sustained current at the 30 A limit heats the box-lug terminals before the clip springs weaken.
