This set contains three 11-inch by 20-foot rolls and three 8-inch by 20-foot rolls made from BPA-free multi-layer polyethylene. The transparent material is designed for custom-length bags that suit meal prep, freezer storage and sous vide cooking. It works with most clamp-style vacuum sealer machines. The embossed channels help create an airtight seal for a variety of foods.

Installing the Rolls and Avoiding Common Issues

Cut the roll to the required length, seal one end, fill the bag and vacuum seal the open end using your machine. Ensure the embossed side faces the vacuum channel so air can be extracted properly. Common problems include wrinkles along the seal line or insufficient bag length for the machine's clamp, both of which can prevent a complete seal. Sharp bones or shells may puncture the bag if not padded before sealing.

Check Your Sealer Compatibility Before Ordering

Verify that your vacuum sealer accepts 11-inch and 8-inch wide roll material and can heat-seal multi-layer polyethylene film. Some compact or handheld models only work with pre-made bags narrower than 8 inches. Confirm the machine creates a double seal for liquid-rich or sous vide items. The product includes rolls only; no canisters, hose attachments or pre-cut bags are supplied.
