Pink Clouds XXL Desk Mat

This 31.5 by 15.7 inch desk mat covers a full desktop area for keyboard, mouse and accessories. The pink cloud artwork is printed on a smooth Lycra surface optimised for optical and mechanical mice. A 3 mm rubber base grips wood, glass or marble without sliding. It suits gamers, students and office workers who want a single large protective layer.

Installation and common issues

Unroll the mat and lay it flat; the rubber base adheres immediately without adhesive or tools. New units may arrive with a slight curl from packaging that relaxes within a day. The stitched edges resist fraying, but sharp desk corners can still catch the fabric if the mat overhangs. Spills wipe clean with a damp cloth because the surface is waterproof.

Practical limits of the cloth surface

The fabric surface provides consistent glide for low- and high-sensitivity mice, yet it adds friction compared with hard pads. Thickness is fixed at 3 mm so wrist height cannot be adjusted. The rubber base insulates slightly but does not replace a dedicated wrist rest. Over time, heavy pressure points from keyboard feet may leave faint impressions that do not affect tracking.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the desk mat lies flat and tracks accurately after unboxing?

Unroll the 31.5 by 15.7 inch mat on a clean desk; the 3 mm thick rubber base should grip wood, glass or marble without sliding, and the Lycra surface lets optical or wireless mice glide without cursor jitter.

What ships in the package and is anything else required?

The box contains one XXL desk mat measuring 80 by 40 cm; no extra accessories, cables or adhesives are needed — just place it on the desktop.

Which size or version should I pick for full keyboard-and-mouse coverage?

The single listed variant is 31.5 inches long by 15.7 inches wide (80 x 40 cm) with a 3 mm profile, giving enough room for a full-size keyboard and mouse side by side.
