Precision spray bar for coolant delivery
The Loc-Line 51831 spray bar nozzle delivers a focused 56-degree swing pattern at up to 60 psi. Each pack contains two 1/2-inch non-threaded nozzles with 0.17-inch orifices rated for 170 degrees Fahrenheit. Compatible with acetone, alcohol, detergents, fuels, solvents, oils and sodium hydroxide.
Modular hose integration for workshop use
The plain 1/2-inch push-fit ends slot directly into Loc-Line articulated hose segments without tools or thread sealant. This lets operators reposition the spray angle by hand while the machine runs. The acetal construction resists the listed chemicals so the nozzles stay clear during extended cutting or washing cycles.
Check hose diameter and pressure source before
Verify your existing Loc-Line system uses 1/2-inch ID hose and that your pump or compressed-air line does not exceed 60 psi. The nozzles have no threads, so they will not adapt to NPT or BSP ports without a separate Loc-Line connector. Buyers needing a different spray angle or orifice size cannot use this model.

Questions about this item
What does the 56 degree swing angle limit in practice?
The 56 degree maximum swing angle restricts how far the spray bar can pivot from its centre position, capping the directional coverage you can achieve without repositioning the base.
What mounting space does the 1/2 inch non-threaded connection need?
The nozzle fits a 1/2 inch non-threaded connection, so it slides into a matching Loc-Line hose or pipe bore and is secured by the system's friction-fit segments rather than threads.
How is the spray bar installed and what step is often missed?
Push the nozzle into the 1/2 inch Loc-Line hose until it seats fully; the step people miss is verifying the 60 psi pressure limit and 170 degree F temperature rating match the system before pressurising.
