CMR Rated Jacket Withstands Heat and Sunlight

The PVC jacket carries a CMR flame rating and is listed as sunlight resistant from minus 20 degrees Celsius up to 60 degrees Celsius. This temperature range lets the cable survive attic heat and cold exterior walls without cracking. Solid copper conductors hold their shape during pulls through studs and joists, reducing kinks that can increase resistance over long runs. The riser rating limits flame spread in vertical shafts.
