Logico RJ45 Strain Relief Boots Green 100 pcs

SKU CH-8Z2K-YX23V

Protects crimped RJ45 plugs on Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 patch cables with 100 green strain-relief boots

  • Protects RJ-45 plugs from cable stress
  • Soft pliable material covers crimped connectors securely
  • Easy installation speeds up patch-cable assembly
  • Green colour aids cable identification schemes
  • 100-piece pack supplies large wiring projects

Network cable protection

Green strain-relief boots slide over crimped RJ-45 plugs to shield the solder points from bending and pulling. The soft pliable material fits Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 patch cables without adding bulk. A pack of 100 pieces supports large wiring jobs or ongoing maintenance work.

Simple push-on fitting

Each boot stretches over the connector after crimping, so no tools are needed beyond the crimper you already use. The tight friction fit holds without adhesive, yet it can be removed if a plug must be re-terminated. The only common issue is forcing a boot onto an oversized hood, which can tear the lip.

Durable under repeated movement

The flexible body absorbs vibration and frequent re-routing in patch panels, server racks or desk runs. Green colour coding stays visible after months of handling, helping technicians trace links quickly. The boots do not degrade from the heat found in typical indoor network cabinets.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the boots are correctly installed on my RJ45 connectors?

After crimping, slide each boot over the plug until it seats snugly against the connector body; the soft pliable material should cover the wire entry point and relieve stress on the connection.

What exactly is included in this package and do I need anything else?

The pack contains 100 green strain relief boots for RJ45 plugs; you will need your own Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 cable and RJ45 connectors to crimp before fitting the boots.

Which version of these boots should I choose for my network cables?

These green boots fit standard RJ45 plugs used on Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 patch cables; select them when you want colour-coded strain relief for those cable types.
