Installation and common issues

Optional profiler software enables button remapping but requires an internet download. The most frequent issue is wireless drop-outs when the receiver is hidden behind a metal case; using the supplied extension cable to bring the receiver into line of sight usually resolves it.

Wireless range and compatibility limits

The 2.4 GHz connection provides cable-free play but operates on a shared band, so heavy Wi-Fi traffic or other 2.4 GHz devices can introduce latency or brief disconnects. Vibration feedback only functions in games that explicitly support it, and the profiler software is not available for operating systems beyond those listed. The controller does not support Bluetooth pairing or wired USB operation.
