Desk Mat Studio Series 80x30cm

The Logitech Desk Mat Studio Series provides an 80cm by 30cm surface for mouse and keyboard use. A fine textile top layer delivers low-friction tracking while a non-slip rubber backing keeps the mat in place on the desk. The construction uses 100% recycled polyester for the surface and inner layer.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a passive desk accessory the mat produces no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. The 0.12in thickness adds a thin cushioning layer without affecting peripheral performance. Abrasion-resistant nylon and polyester edges prevent fraying over extended daily use.

Upgrade from smaller pads

This mat replaces compact mouse pads that limit broad gestures or leave the keyboard on a bare desk. The larger footprint suits users who prefer a unified surface for both input devices. Buyers needing more desk coverage than 80x30cm or a different material feel will not find those options here.

Questions about this item

How do I lay the 80cm by 30cm mat flat without curling at the edges?

Unroll it printed-side up on a clean desk and press firmly across the 0.12in thickness; the 72% natural-rubber backing grips within seconds.

When will the fine polyester surface need replacing?

The abrasion-resistant nylon-polyester edges and 100% recycled polyester top resist fraying; replace only if heavy daily mouse traffic wears the low-friction finish.

At what point does the rubber backing stop gripping during long sessions?

The 72% natural-rubber base maintains non-slip hold continuously; only liquid spills or heavy dust between desk and mat reduce adhesion.
