Surface optimised for Logitech G sensors

The G240 is a cloth mouse pad sized at 340 by 280 millimetres with a 1 millimetre profile. Its heat-treated surface at 200 degrees Celsius gives moderate friction that matches low-DPI gaming movements. The non-slip rubber base keeps the mat stable on desk surfaces during rapid sweeps.

Consistent texture for sustained tracking

The clean, uniform weave avoids pattern interference so optical sensors receive steady imagery throughout long sessions. Moderate resistance remains predictable whether stopping abruptly or gliding continuously. The surface does not degrade into slick or sticky zones after extended use.

Portable roll-up design with non-slip base

Durable cloth construction allows the pad to roll for transport without creasing that would affect tracking. The rubber underside grips firmly yet lifts cleanly when repositioning. Buyers needing a larger desk footprint or a hard hybrid surface will not find those options in this model.

Questions about this item

Does the 1 mm cloth surface generate noticeable heat or friction noise during all-day gaming?

The heat-treated cloth surface provides moderate friction for low-DPI control without generating heat or audible noise during extended use.

What hardware is required for the G240 to function as intended?

Any optical or laser mouse works on the consistent texture; no special sensor or software is needed.

Will the G240’s 340 x 280 mm size align with a legacy Logitech G mouse calibrated for the same surface texture?

The surface texture matches the optimal testing environment used for Logitech G sensors, so older Logitech G mice retain their calibrated accuracy and precision.
