Ready-to-use wireless mouse

The Logitech M185 910002225 in Swift Gray is a compact RF wireless mouse that connects through a USB nano receiver. It draws power from a single AA battery already installed in the box. The optical sensor operates at 1000 dpi and works on most surfaces. The ambidextrous shape suits left- or right-handed users.

Plug-and-forget nano receiver

The tiny receiver stays in a laptop port without protruding, so it does not need removal during transport. Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless delivers a reliable link up to 33 feet. The battery lasts up to 12 months before replacement. No driver installation is required on Windows, macOS, Chrome OS or Linux.

Everyday desktop and laptop users

This mouse fits home, office and student use where simple pointing and scrolling are the priority. It is not suited to buyers who want programmable buttons, adjustable sensitivity or a rechargeable battery. Gamers and creative professionals needing higher precision or extra controls should look at a different model.

What limits continuous daily use the most?

The 1000 dpi optical sensor and three-button layout set the performance ceiling for sustained work sessions.

Does the mouse get warm or draw much power during all-day use?

It runs on a single AA battery via 2.4 GHz wireless, so heat and power draw remain minimal during extended operation.
