Ultra-compact wireless mouse

The Logitech M187 is a miniature optical mouse that connects through a 2.4 GHz nano receiver measuring 18 by 15 by 6 millimetres. It is designed for laptop, desktop and netbook users who want a cord-free pointing device that occupies almost no space in a bag or on a desk. The ambidextrous shape suits both left- and right-handed operators.

Consistent everyday response

Optical tracking delivers pinpoint cursor control on almost any surface without the jitter that can appear on glossy tables. The 2.4 GHz link maintains a stable connection up to 10 metres or 33 feet, so cursor movement stays smooth during long work sessions rather than only in short bursts. A single AAA battery powers the sensor and wireless circuit for extended periods between changes.

Plug-and-play simplicity

Insert the tiny receiver into any free USB port and the mouse is ready immediately — no driver installation is required on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, Mac OS X 10.5, Chrome OS or Linux. The receiver stores inside the mouse body when not in use, reducing the chance of loss during transport. Buyers who need programmable buttons, adjustable DPI settings or a rechargeable battery will not find those features here.
