Standalone 4G smartwatch with 32 GB storage

The LOKMAT APPLLP 6 MAX is a wrist-worn device that runs Android 8.1 on an SC8541E processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. It connects to mobile networks using a nano SIM and supports GSM, WCDMA and LTE bands for voice, messaging and data without a paired phone. The 2.16-inch AMOLED touchscreen shows 480 x 480 resolution.

Suits users wanting independent calls.

Buyers who need a self-contained communicator with heart-rate, sleep tracking and a rotating 2 MP camera will find the features covered. Those who require longer battery endurance, a larger app ecosystem or a circular display should look at other form factors.

32 GB built-in storage decides capacity for apps

The fixed 32 GB ROM holds the Android system, offline maps, music files and photos taken with the pop-up camera. No memory card slot is mentioned, so the internal figure is the total space available for the lifetime of the device.

Questions about this item

How long does the 1150mAh battery last before it needs recharging?

The manufacturer rates standby time at three to five minutes and quotes a 1.5-hour charge cycle.

Does the SC8541E chip and 3GB RAM generate noticeable heat or fan noise during all-day wear?

The watch has no fan; heat is dissipated passively through the zinc-alloy case, so it runs silently.

What must I already own to activate the Nano SIM and 4G LTE on this watch?

A Nano SIM card with an active data plan on GSM 850/900/1800/1900 or the listed LTE bands.
