Standalone 4G Smartwatch with Android 8.1

The LOKMAT APPLLP 8 PRO operates as an independent wrist device. A Nano SIM slot and broad LTE-FDD plus LTE-TDD band support let you call, message and browse without a paired phone. It runs Android 8.1 on an SC8541E processor with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage, and includes a 180° pull-out 5 MP camera for photos and video calls.

Buyers wanting untethered connectivity.

This watch suits anyone who needs mobile data, voice and apps directly on the wrist. Compatibility with Android and iOS handles notifications and sync when desired. The lack of any water resistance rating means swimmers, surfers or users who need shower-proof wear should look at a different model.

1.85-inch AMOLED round display at 360 x 360

The 1.85-inch AMOLED panel delivers 360 x 360 pixels on a round 52 mm case with a 24 mm silicone strap. A G+F touch layer provides smooth interaction, while the 800 mAh battery recharges in 1.5 hours for several days of typical use. The screen specification is the key factor when deciding if this form factor fits your wrist and viewing needs.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the LOKMAT APPLLP 8 PRO with a Nano SIM card, and which step do people often miss?

Insert the Nano SIM into the tray, power on the watch, then open the HiSportPro app on your Android or iOS phone and pair via Bluetooth 4.2 — the step most people miss is granting the app permission to access contacts and SMS so the watch can handle calls and messages independently.

What maintenance will the 800 mAh battery and silicone strap need over time?

The lithium-polymer cell is sealed and not user-replaceable; expect capacity to fade after several hundred charge cycles. Clean the 24 mm silicone band with mild soap and water, and check the zinc-alloy case for corrosion if the watch gets wet — it has no water-resistance rating.

What limit appears first during continuous use of the 1.85-inch AMOLED screen, GPS, and 4G radio?

The 800 mAh battery is the first bottleneck; with the display, BeiDou/GPS receiver, and LTE-FDD/TDD modems all active, runtime drops to a few hours before the watch needs its 1.5-hour recharge.
