Who this is for

The LOOMELL neck massager is a cordless, battery-powered Shiatsu device designed for adults who want deep-tissue relief on the neck and upper back. It delivers 6D kneading across five speed levels with 50% larger coverage than previous models. Two gentle heat settings at 45 and 47 °C add warmth to soothe soreness and support circulation. The hands-free wrap-around design works at home, in the office or while travelling.

What to check before ordering

Verify that you are comfortable wearing a wrap-around unit that measures 10 x 6 x 5 inches and rests against the neck and shoulders. The embedded lithium-ion cell charges via USB-C and powers up to 18 cord-free sessions per full charge. No mains outlet is required during use, so ensure you have a USB-C charger or power bank available for recharging between sessions.

How it fits into daily use

The massager frees you from cables and fixed power points, letting you move between rooms, a desk chair or a car seat without interruption. A detachable strap secures the unit for hands-free operation, while the handheld option allows targeted pressure on specific spots. Battery power keeps the footprint small and the setup simple, leaving outlets free for other devices.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the package and is anything extra required?

The box contains the LOOMELL neck massager with its built-in lithium-ion battery and a USB-C charging cable so you can power it without buying anything else.

Which heat setting should I pick — 45 °C or 47 °C?

Choose 45 °C for a gentle warm-up on sensitive skin or longer sessions; switch to 47 °C when you want deeper heat penetration for stubborn knots.

How many massage sessions will 18 cord-free cycles actually give me?

Each full charge delivers 18 sessions, so daily use means roughly two and a half weeks between charges.
