Bandwidth and legacy support

The card provides 10 Gbps throughput on the Type-E and Type-C connectors while maintaining backward compatibility with USB 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1 devices at 5 Gbps, 480 Mbps and 1.5 Mbps respectively. It cannot carry video, audio or Thunderbolt signals over the Type-C port.

Slot and OS requirements
