Six-channel servo tester with 0.09° accuracy, potentiometer control and three-channel over-current protection for robots and RC models
The LORDWORLD controller provides six PWM ports for manual servo centring and angle adjustment without writing code. A high-accuracy potentiometer delivers control resolution down to 0.09°. It suits hobbyists assembling robot arms, grippers or RC models who need immediate, hands-on verification of servo behaviour.
The board draws power from a 5–8.4 V LiPo battery or adapter, consuming only the current required by the connected servos. No active cooling is fitted, so operation is completely silent. Over-current protection on three channels limits fault current to protect both the servos and the tester itself during stall conditions.
No software, cables or mounting hardware are included in the package. The tester functions as a standalone hardware tool; all configuration is performed via the onboard potentiometer and reset function. Users must supply their own power source and servo leads to put the six channels into service.

Power the board from a 5-8.4V LiPo or adapter, then plug each servo into its labelled PWM port; the common mistake is reversing the signal and ground pins on the 3-pin header, which leaves the servo dead while the tester appears to work.
The potentiometer shaft can develop wear after heavy daily use, causing jittery 0.09° steps; a drop of contact cleaner on the track every few months keeps the manual adjustment smooth.
Only three channels have over-current protection, so sustained loads on the other three will hit the 8.4V supply rail limit first, causing voltage sag and servo brown-out.
