65W Surface charger with extra USB port
This new LORDWORLD power adapter replaces Microsoft Surface chargers rated at 65W, 44W or 36W. It delivers 15V at 4A through the proprietary Surface connector while adding a 5V 1A USB-A port for a phone or accessory. The unit accepts AC 100–240V input for worldwide use.
Sustained load behaviour with thermal protection
Automatic thermal protection, overload cut-off and short-circuit protection engage if the charger runs at full 65W output for extended periods. The 5W USB port remains active during high main-load operation, so a second device can charge without tripping the safety circuits. Premium cable materials resist repeated bending at the connector strain relief.
Plug-in replacement for listed Surface models
The connector mates directly with Surface Pro 3 through 10, Surface Laptop 1 through 5, Surface Book 1 through 3, Surface Go 1 through 3 and Surface Studio units matching model numbers 1625, 1706, 1724, 1735, 1796, 1800, 1866 and 1867. No driver or firmware step is required. Buyers needing more than 65W total output or a USB-C PD port will need a different adapter.

Questions about this item
Does the 15V 4A 65W brick or the 5V 1A USB port run hotter when both are used all day?
The 65W main output draws far more power than the 5W USB port, so the brick itself will generate more heat during sustained loads. Automatic thermal protection is built in to shut it down if temperatures exceed safe limits.
What must I already own to connect this charger to a Surface Pro 7?
You need the proprietary Surface Connect cable that plugs into the device; the charger provides the 15V 4A brick and a 5V 1A USB-A port, but the magnetic tip is fixed to the lead.
Will the 65W output work safely with my older Surface Pro 3 that originally used a 36W adapter?
Yes. The charger delivers 15V 4A 65W and is listed as compatible with Surface Pro 3 (model 1625) among others, automatically negotiating the lower power the device requests.
