Dual-Port SAS Adapter
This LORDWORLD adapter connects two internal SFF-8643 ports to an external SFF-8088 connector. It fits host and device roles and ships with both low-profile and standard brackets. Builders adding external drive enclosures or JBODs to a server or workstation will use it.
12 Gb/s Transfer Rate
The adapter supports up to 12 Gb/s Mini SAS data transfer across both ports. That ceiling decides whether the link can saturate modern SAS SSDs or HDD arrays. If your controller or backplane tops out at 6 Gb/s, the adapter will still work but cannot raise the speed.
Sustained Throughput
