RISC-V IoT board with dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, Thread and Zigbee 3.0, 240 MHz clock, pre-soldered headers
This LORDWORLD development board carries the ESP32-C5-WROOM-1 module, a 32-bit RISC-V MCU clocked at 240 MHz. It delivers dual-band Wi-Fi 6 on 2.4 and 5 GHz, Bluetooth 5 Low Energy and IEEE 802.15.4 radio for Thread and Zigbee 3.0 mesh networks. Headers are pre-soldered so the board is ready for breadboard or perfboard work immediately.
The board suits engineers who need Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE and 802.15.4 Thread or Zigbee in one compact module with full ESP-IDF and Arduino IDE toolchain support. It is not for projects that require only single-band 2.4 GHz connectivity or classic Bluetooth audio profiles, nor for designs that must run on non-RISC-V architectures.
The 240 MHz maximum CPU frequency is the single figure that determines whether the board meets real-time processing deadlines for sensor fusion, local automation logic or encrypted mesh routing. Developers with lighter workloads may choose a lower-clocked variant, while heavier edge-AI tasks would need a faster processor.

The board plugs straight into a standard breadboard because the header pins are already soldered, so no extra socket or adapter is required.
They forget to add the ESP32 board-manager URL and install the ESP32 core before selecting the ESP32C5 Dev Module, so the upload fails.
The module is rated for typical industrial temperature cycles and should last the life of the project; only physical damage or a failed flash would require swapping the board.
