A 1.69 inch touch LCD board with a 240×280 IPS display and 262K colours for AIoT development using Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5
This LORDWORLD board combines a 1.69 inch IPS touch display with an ESP32-C6 module for AIoT prototyping. The 240 by 280 pixel screen shows 262K colours and uses an ST7789V2 driver with a CST816T capacitive touch chip. A high-performance 32-bit RISC-V processor runs at up to 160 MHz alongside a low-power RISC-V core. It targets makers building smart devices that need on-device AI voice interaction.
The development board draws little power in normal operation thanks to its low-power RISC-V core and efficient wireless subsystems. No active cooling is required and the board runs silently. Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5 and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee 3.0 and Thread) connectivity are handled by the integrated radio. This makes it suitable for battery-powered or always-on edge applications.
The defining capability is support for AI voice interaction with online large-model platforms such as DeepSeek and Doubao. This lets the board process voice commands without a separate accelerator. Builders who need a display larger than 1.69 inches or who require a different wireless protocol should look elsewhere.

The ST7789V2 driver and CST816T touch chip are already embedded on the board, so no external wiring is needed; the step developers miss is enabling both the display and touch drivers in the SDK configuration before compiling.
The 1.69 inch IPS panel and CST816T capacitive touch sensor are soldered to the PCB; they are not user-replaceable, so the board itself would be swapped if the display or touch function degrades.
Sustained 160 MHz operation on the high-performance and low-power 32-bit RISC-V cores raises die temperature, triggering thermal throttling before any power-rail limit is reached.
