Compact IoT board with RISC-V core, 4 MB flash and BLE 5, Zigbee 3.0 and Thread radios, pre-soldered header and Type-C power
This LORDWORLD development board integrates an ESP32-H2FH4S chip with a 32-bit single-core RISC-V processor running at up to 96 MHz and 4 MB of flash. It targets engineers building Thread, Zigbee 3.0 or BLE 5 mesh devices that need a small castellated footprint. The pre-soldered header lets hobbyists prototype immediately without surface-mount equipment.
A USB Type-C port supplies power and a serial console while exposing the MCU's peripheral set for sensors or actuators. Castellated edges allow the module to be reflow-soldered onto a custom carrier once the prototype is validated. No on-board antenna tuning or external RF components are required because the chip integrates the radio front-end.
The IEEE 802.15.4 radio maintains reliable Zigbee and Thread connectivity even when many nodes share the same channel. Duty-cycled firmware keeps average current draw low during long-term deployments. Thermal output remains negligible so no heatsink or forced airflow is needed inside sealed enclosures.

The RISC-V single-core processor runs at up to 96 MHz, and sustained workloads at this frequency will hit thermal limits first.
Continuous dual-protocol radio operation draws noticeable current from the Type-C supply, so expect warm operation and plan for adequate USB power.
A USB Type-C port is required for both power and serial programming access.
