A compact IoT development board with a RISC-V 32-bit processor at 96MHz, 4MB flash, and BLE 5 plus IEEE 802.15.4 for Zigbee 3.0 and Thread, plus castellated edges for direct soldering
The LORDWORLD ESP32-H2FH4S board uses a 32-bit single-core RISC-V processor running at up to 96MHz with 4MB of integrated Flash. It targets engineers and hobbyists building Thread, Zigbee 3.0 or BLE 5 mesh devices that need a compact module with castellated edges for direct soldering onto carrier boards.
The chip integrates IEEE 802.15.4 radio hardware for Thread and Zigbee 3.0 alongside BLE 5, allowing long-running mesh networks without an external radio. RF performance is tuned on the module, so the board maintains link quality during continuous packet relay or sensor polling rather than only in short bursts.
Verify that your carrier board supplies the voltage range required by the ESP32-H2FH4S and provides a USB-C connection for power and serial debug. Ensure the castellated pad layout matches your footprint and that your toolchain supports the RISC-V architecture with the chosen SDK for Thread or Zigbee development.

The ESP32-H2FH4S runs at up to 96 MHz with integrated BLE 5 and IEEE 802.15.4 radios; typical transmit current is in the low tens of milliamps, so a standard 5 V USB supply handles continuous operation without extra cooling.
The board uses a USB Type-C connector for both 5 V power and serial programming; any computer or USB charger with a Type-C or Type-A to Type-C cable will enumerate the CDC/ACM port for flashing and debug.
The castellated edge matches the ESP32-H2FH4S module pinout only; it is not pin-compatible with ESP32-C3 or ESP32-S3 modules, so a dedicated carrier layout is required.
