A 5-inch IPS touchscreen development board with a 1024×600 display, dual-core processor, 2.4 GHz WiFi and CAN, RS485 and I2C interfaces
The LORDWORLD board pairs an ESP32-S3 dual-core processor with a 5-inch IPS display running at 1024×600 resolution. Five-point capacitive touch input connects through an I2C interface for responsive multi-point interaction. The platform targets makers building IoT edge devices that need integrated graphics and touch in a single module.
An RGB interface drives the LCD directly without an external bridge, reducing component count. CAN and RS485 ports enable industrial-grade networking, while isolated IO protects the MCU from field transients. These built-in peripherals let developers wire sensors, actuators and field buses straight to the board.
The 32-bit LX7 dual-core architecture handles real-time control, UI rendering and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and BLE 5 communication simultaneously. Complex multi-tasking workloads stay responsive, though applications needing heavy floating-point math or large frame buffers will exhaust on-chip memory. Projects requiring additional storage or a second radio must add external hardware.

The 5-point capacitive touch layer driven over I2C is the component most likely to wear before the IPS panel itself.
The 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor hits its thermal ceiling before the 2.4 GHz WiFi or BLE 5 radios saturate.
Passive cooling keeps it silent; the IPS display and ESP32-S3 chip generate only modest warmth during sustained operation.
