Metal enclosure for Jetson Nano B01 with camera mount, reset and power buttons, fan vent and space for a 4G module
This aluminium case fits the original Jetson Nano Developer Kit and the newer B01 revision. It is designed for developers and hobbyists who need a rugged housing for edge-AI prototypes. The enclosure integrates mounting points for a camera module and provides physical reset and power buttons with a status LED that functions only on the B01 board. A cut-out allows a 4G module such as the SIM7600G-H to be installed inside.
The metal shell acts as a heatsink and includes a top vent for an optional cooling fan, which is not supplied. Camera mounting holes accept a single IMX219-series sensor or a binocular pair with up to 180° roll adjustment. Wireless-AC8265 antenna openings are present, and the 4G module slot keeps the SIM card accessible. All port cut-outs align with the developer kit’s native I/O, so cables connect without adapters.
The case replaces the bare developer-kit board or a generic plastic shell when a project demands durable protection, integrated camera positioning and on-board 4G readiness. It is not suited for builds that require multiple camera modules beyond the two supported positions, or for users who need a pre-installed fan and cannot source one separately. The B01-only status LED means original-version owners lose that visual feedback.
