This ETL-listed male connector provides a twist-lock NEMA L7-20P interface rated for 20 amps at 277 volts AC. It is intended for industrial generators, DIY rewireable cords and equipment requiring a secure locking connection. The rotated T-shaped blade prevents accidental insertion into non-matching receptacles. The product is new and supplied in black and white.

Sustained-load current handling

The plug supports 20 amps at 277 volts with 12 or 10 AWG cord, delivering 5540 watts. With 14 or 13 AWG cord the rating drops to 18 amps, with 16 or 15 AWG to 13 amps, and with 17 or 18 AWG to 10 amps.
