Adds an M-key NVMe SSD in 2230, 2242, 2260 or 2280 form factor to any PCIe x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot, including Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 base boards
This LORDWORLD adapter converts a PCIe x1 x4 x8 or x16 slot into an M-key NVMe socket accepting 2230 2242 2260 and 2280 drives. It is designed for developers adding fast storage to a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 base board or to a standard PC desktop. An onboard LED shows power and blinks during read or write activity.
The card suits hobbyists and engineers who need a bootable NVMe drive on a Compute Module 4 platform or who want to use an M.2 SSD in any PCIe slot on a desktop motherboard. Builders whose boards lack a free PCIe slot or who require a B-key M.2 interface cannot use this adapter.
The adapter operates with the NVMe protocol and only accepts M-key solid-state drives in the four listed form factors. If your drive uses a different keying or protocol the card will not work.

The adapter accepts 2230 2242 2260 and 2280 M-key NVMe SSDs, so a 2280 drive fits directly.
Running on a PCIe x4 socket the drive delivers its full NVMe read and write performance.
The card works in x1 x4 x8 or x16 slots and uses up to four lanes for the NVMe SSD.
