A Power-over-Ethernet HAT delivering 5 V 5 A to a Raspberry Pi 5 or CM 5 through the standard 40-pin header while supporting IEEE 802.3 af/at and fitting the official case and active cooler
This expansion board delivers both network connectivity and 5 V 5 A power to a Raspberry Pi 5 or CM 5 through a single Ethernet cable. It is built for makers and developers who need a compact, cable-reduced setup for edge or IoT projects.
The board follows the IEEE 802.3 af/at standard, so your switch or injector must support that specification. It uses the standard 40-pin GPIO header and fits inside the official Raspberry Pi 5 case, but it will not work with boards that lack the 40-pin connector or with cases that do not accommodate the HAT footprint.
The isolated switched-mode supply runs silently because it has no moving parts. Heat output is low at the rated 5 V 5 A load, and the design leaves the Pi 5's official active cooler fully accessible for CPU thermal management.

The package contains the PoE HAT (H) expansion board and a case. The Raspberry Pi 5 or Compute Module 5 development board must be purchased separately.
It supports the IEEE 802.3 af/at network standard, delivering up to 5V 5A output through a single Ethernet cable.
The standard 40-pin GPIO header allows the HAT to assemble directly into the official Raspberry Pi 5 case and remains compatible with the official active cooler.
