PWM fan controller for DIY cooling
The LORDWORLD controller regulates 4-pin PWM fans from 0 to 100 percent using a remote or the onboard buttons. A digital display shows the current speed and its backlight can be switched off. The unit includes a 4-pin three-way splitter so several fans can run from one channel.
Sustained load behaviour
Output voltage always matches the DC 5521 input, with maximum power limits of 25 W at 5 V, 60 W at 12 V and 48 W at 24 V. The total draw of all connected fans must stay within the limit for the chosen voltage, otherwise the controller will be overloaded during continuous operation.
Setup checks before ordering
Verify that every fan uses a 4-pin PWM connector; 3-pin and 2-pin models are not supported. Confirm the fan’s rated voltage matches the power supply you will connect to the DC 5521 jack. Ensure the combined fan power does not exceed the per-voltage ceiling listed above.

Questions about this item
How much heat and power does the controller itself add when running fans at 12 V all day?
The unit draws its operating power from the same DC 5521 supply that feeds the fans; at 12 V the combined output limit is 60 W, so the controller’s own consumption is a small fraction of that budget and adds minimal extra heat.
What power supply must I already own to use this controller with 12 V PWM fans?
You need a DC 5521 adapter that delivers 12 V at up to 5 A; the controller passes that voltage straight to the fans and the total draw of all connected fans must stay within the 60 W output ceiling.
Will the included 3-way splitter let me keep using my older 3-pin fans alongside new 4-pin PWM fans?
No — the controller and splitter only support 4-pin PWM fans; 3-pin and 2-pin fans are not compatible and cannot be mixed on the same hub.
