Rainbow Acrylic Case for Raspberry Pi 5

The LORDWORLD Rainbow Acrylic Case fits the Raspberry Pi 5 board and protects it from dust while adding a colourful translucent appearance. Precise cut-outs align with every port and header so cables and HATs connect without modification. The case ships new and includes all mounting hardware required for assembly.

Sustained-load thermal behaviour

Because the acrylic panels enclose the board, heat can build up during long compute tasks if no active cooling is fitted. The design accommodates the official Raspberry Pi Active Cooler, which must be purchased separately to maintain lower temperatures under continuous load. Without that cooler, the case relies on passive airflow through the port openings only.

Questions about this item

Does the acrylic enclosure add noticeable fan noise or heat when the official active cooler is fitted?

The case itself is passive acrylic and adds no fan noise; any sound or extra heat comes only from the official active cooler you install inside.

Which Raspberry Pi board and cooler must I already own for this case to work?

You need a Raspberry Pi 5 board and the official Raspberry Pi active cooler, because the case is cut precisely for those two components.
