Pico-compatible RP2040 board with 0.96 inch LCD, dual-core Cortex-M0+ up to 133 MHz and 26 configurable GPIOs for C/C++ or MicroPython development
The LORDWORLD RP2040-LCD-0.96 is a Pico-like microcontroller board built around the Raspberry Pi RP2040 chip. It targets makers, students and engineers who want a compact development platform with an integrated display. The dual-core Arm Cortex-M0+ processor runs at up to 133 MHz and provides 26 multi-function GPIO pins for flexible interfacing.
A 0.96 inch LCD is mounted directly on the board, removing the need for external wiring when building visual prototypes. The board is compatible with most Raspberry Pi Pico add-on modules, expanding hardware options. Comprehensive SDKs, tutorials and development resources are provided for both C/C++ and MicroPython, lowering the barrier to entry for embedded projects.
The two Cortex-M0+ cores at 133 MHz give enough compute headroom for sensor fusion, simple graphics on the LCD and concurrent I/O handling. Projects that demand heavy floating-point math, high-speed video processing or large memory buffers will exceed the capabilities of this MCU class. Builders needing wireless connectivity or additional storage must add external modules.

The 0.96 inch LCD and the USB-C connector are the only parts with mechanical wear; the RP2040 MCU itself has no moving components.
The dual-core Cortex-M0+ hits its thermal ceiling before the 26 GPIO pins or the LCD driver become bottlenecks.
With no fan and only the RP2040 plus LCD drawing current, the board stays silent and barely warm to the touch.
