A development board built around the RP2350 microcontroller with a 1.28 inch 240×240 65K colour IPS display in a CNC metal case offering 30 configurable GPIO pins
The LORDWORLD board combines a Raspberry Pi RP2350 microcontroller with a 1.28 inch round IPS display showing 240 by 240 pixels at 65K colour. A CNC metal case provides heat dissipation while an acrylic dull-polish bottom plate protects the underside. Thirty multi-function GPIO pins offer configurable pin functions for flexible integration. The board supports C, C++ and MicroPython development with a comprehensive SDK and tutorials.
The RP2350 provides a unique dual-core, dual-architecture design with a pair of Arm Cortex-M33 cores and a pair of open-hardware Hazard3 RISC-V cores. Developers can choose between architectures in a stable environment without changing hardware. This replaces single-architecture boards when a project needs to compare or migrate between Arm and RISC-V targets. The jump is worth it when firmware must validate on both instruction sets or when learning RISC-V on proven silicon.
The board arrives inside its CNC metal case with the round LCD already fitted, so no enclosure assembly or display wiring is required. Thirty GPIO pins are exposed for immediate breadboard or header connection. MicroPython and C/C++ toolchains are documented in the supplied SDK, reducing bring-up time. The main difficulty is managing pin multiplexing across the 30 configurable pins; incorrect function assignment can cause peripheral conflicts that are hard to debug without an oscilloscope or logic analyser.

The CNC metal case with acrylic dull-polish bottom plate fits the 1.28 inch 240×240 IPS display and allows heat dissipation; plan space for the board outline and GPIO headers.
Put the RP2350 into BOOTSEL mode by holding the BOOTSEL button while powering via USB, then drag the UF2 file to the mass-storage drive; forgetting BOOTSEL is the common mistake.
The 65K colour IPS LCD and tactile buttons may wear after heavy use; the RP2350 MCU and CNC metal case are solid-state and do not require scheduled replacement.
