Dual-slot SD and microSD reader
The LORDWORLD card reader accepts full-size SD, SDHC, SDXC and MMC cards alongside microSD T-flash cards up to 2 TB capacity. Both slots operate simultaneously so photographers and mobile users can move files between formats without swapping media. A single USB 3.0 Type-A and Type-C connector serves laptops, tablets and compatible phones.
USB-A and USB-C host connection
The integrated dual-head plug fits either USB-A or USB-C ports, letting the reader sit beside other peripherals without blocking adjacent sockets. No external power adapter is required; the device draws bus power and presents both card volumes to the host at once. It suits workflows that need quick offload from camera cards to a computer or phone.
Bus-powered UHS-I operation
The reader runs at USB 3.0 5 Gbps signalling and supports UHS-I card speeds for fast photo and video transfer. Because it is bus-powered, heat and noise stay negligible during typical use. There are no moving parts or fans, so the unit remains silent while copying large batches of data.

Questions about this item
Will the 5 Gbps USB 3.0 link become the bottleneck when I read from a fast UHS-I card?
The reader tops out at 5 Gbps over USB 3.0, so sustained transfers from a UHS-I card cannot exceed that link speed.
Does the reader get hot or draw much power during all-day transfers?
No active cooling is fitted and the spec lists no power draw; expect only modest warmth from the USB 3.0 interface during continuous use.
My laptop only has USB-C ports — will this work without an extra adapter?
The reader includes both a USB-A and a USB-C connector, so it plugs directly into a USB-C port.
