LORDWORLD

LORDWORLD USB5.0 80Gbps Right Angled Extension Cable 20cm

SKU CH-470S-VQWXR

A 20 cm right-angled USB 5.0 extension cable delivering 80 Gbps data, 16K@30 Hz video and 240 W power

  • 80Gbps transfer speed cuts file-move time in half
  • 16K at 30Hz or 8K at 60Hz on one cable
  • 240W charging powers laptops while you work
  • 90-degree plug fits tight ports without strain
  • Works with Mac Pro 2018-2025, XPS, Chromebook and TB3/4 docks

Right-Angled USB 5.0 Extension

This 20 cm right-angled USB 5.0 cable extends a female port by 20 cm while supporting up to 80 Gbps data transfer. The 90-degree connector fits tight spaces around laptops and docks. It delivers up to 240 W of power and carries video up to 16K at 30 Hz, 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz. The slim FPC construction keeps the cable flat and flexible.

Suits Cramped Ports; Not for Long Runs

The short 20 cm length and right-angled plug suit users who need to route a connection around a crowded USB-C port on a laptop, dock or SSD enclosure. Buyers who need a longer reach for desk-wide routing or wall-mounted displays should look at a longer straight cable. The cable requires the host and monitor to support DP Alternate Mode for video output.

80 Gbps USB 5.0 Data Rate

The single specification that decides fit is the 80 Gbps USB 5.0 data rate, which is double the 40 Gbps ceiling of USB 4.0. If the connected devices only operate at 40 Gbps or lower, the extra bandwidth headroom will not be used, though the cable remains fully backward compatible.

Questions about this item

What USB-C port capability does my laptop need for the 80Gbps cable to work at its rated speed?

The host must provide a USB 5.0 port running at 80Gbps; USB 4.0 40Gbps ports will operate at their native 40Gbps limit.

Will my USB 4.0 40Gbps dock still function when connected through this 20cm extension?

Yes, the cable is backward compatible with USB 4.0 40Gbps devices, so the dock will work at its full 40Gbps speed.

How can I confirm the cable is delivering the advertised 80Gbps link after plugging it in?

Check the OS connection details or run a certified 80Gbps bandwidth test; a negotiated 80Gbps link and sustained throughput near that rate confirm correct operation.
